Well, after being sold, KSN is getting back in the Spots game after a 3 year hiatus. Now, here’s the fun part. KSN’s sports actually used to be decent, that is until they dropped it. For the past 3 years it’s been between KWCH and KAKE, with KAKE winning awards for the past several years for our sports programming. Now, I think it’s great that KSN is getting back in the game, but the question is…can they compete. With KAKE and KWCH both having had plenty of time to perfect their sports shows, and with FOX Kansas teaming up with KWCH for 9 o’clock news, KSN has its work cut out.

KSN to revive sports Oct. 26

So, it’s been awhile since I’ve put anything up. So here is a nice long post.

First, decided to rent Rainbow Six Lockdown, and boy is it different. No longer do you have a fear of walking into a room and dying. In the past Rainbow titles, you had to be smart when clearing a room for tangos, not just waltzing in and blasting away. Out of the ten times I have re-played one level, just to see, I only died twice. Not for lack of trying to. Every time I basically went off on my own to see how far I could get. Once I killed by self, the other I got shot in the back. What happened Red Storm…did Ubisoft beat you up?

Second, as I have said before, I am a fan of Transformers. Besides TF, I am also a fan of Gundam. Not many Gundam series have caught my eye and held my attention. But I’ve started to watch Gundam SEED Destiny, and boy is it good.

Thirdly, just to reiterate….Zoom Zoom Lve rocked. I will definitely doing that again. I also got bit by the Solo II and Rally bug after going down.

Got back from Dallas today. Went down for the Zoom Zoom Live event. Had a blast! One event had you driving a new MX-5 (Miata) around a course, with a bowl on the hood containing golf balls. If you went to fast around corners, the balls came out and you got disqualified. 33secs was the record..i was 4secs off. There were some other fun events, but overall it was well worth the 4 1/2- 5hr drive down and back.
